4. Platform Response Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid notice, PREMLIT may:

  • Take reasonable steps to prevent further alleged infringement
  • Act without prior notice where legally required

PREMLIT does not adjudicate ownership disputes and acts as a neutral service provider.

5. Counter-Notification

(For Affected Users)

If you believe that access was removed or restricted due to error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the affected access or material
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
  • Your contact information
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of UK courts

Submit counter-notifications to: legal@premlit.com

If no legal action is initiated by the complainant within the applicable period, PREMLIT may restore access where lawful.

6. False Claims & Abuse

Any party who knowingly submits a false infringement notice or counter-notification may be liable for damages, including legal costs.

PREMLIT reserves the right to restrict accounts involved in repeated or abusive claims.

7. Neutral Platform Disclaimer

PREMLIT acts solely as a technical and administrative intermediary and does not make determinations regarding ownership, licensing, or contractual rights between third parties.
