PREMLIT does not host, sell, or distribute copyrighted content. The platform operates as a managed access service, facilitating controlled access environments under defined usage rules.

2. Third-Party Content & Trademarks

All product names, logos, trademarks, and brands belong to their respective owners.

Their use on the platform is strictly for identification and descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

3. Notice of Alleged Infringement (DMCA / EU Notice)

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed in connection with PREMLIT services, you may submit a written notice including:

• (a) Your physical or electronic signature;
• (b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• (c) Sufficient information to locate the allegedly infringing material;
• (d) Your contact details;
• (e) A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized;
• (f) A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

4. Review & Response Procedure

Upon receiving a valid notice, PREMLIT will:

• Review the claim promptly
• Take reasonable steps to restrict or adjust access if required
• Notify affected users where applicable

PREMLIT reserves the right to request additional information before taking action.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe a restriction was applied in error, you may submit a counter-notification including sufficient justification. PREMLIT will review and respond in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Repeat Infringement Policy

PREMLIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rules or platform policies.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

PREMLIT acts as an independent service provider and does not control the policies or enforcement actions of third-party content providers.
